The Trainings

Vision Mountain is presently offering two types of extended programs: Spontaneous Living, and the Life Coach Training.

Spontaneous Living Retreat
These events of one week to ten days duration are designed to support you in doing exactly what you want to do in your life on a moment by moment basis. Surprisingly, few of us really know what we want to do; most of what we think we want is an escape from where we are now. We create fantasies of what we would rather be doing to avoid the discomfort of facing what is actually in front of us in the moment.

The Spontaneous Living Retreat is an opportunity to experiment with your intuition and follow your natural inclination to encounter surprising, fun, and creative life experiences. Along with these opportunities to explore your unlimited possibilities, you will also have the opportunity to engage in workshop processes and exercises that are created to support you in using simple tools to expand your awareness of who YOU really are, what your True Purpose is, and how you can have what you really want.

There is also time allotted for personal coaching sessions with your assigned supervisor or with the chief supervisor. This program has been designed by Christopher Moon, who presently facilitates all the trainings. Other instructors may be invited in from time to time.
